Our RICS Level 2 Surveys are designed for conventional properties in reasonable condition. This service provides a detailed report that highlights significant defects, potential risks, and urgent issues that require attention. The survey also includes:
 

  • a comprehensive evaluation of the property's condition;

  • advice on necessary repairs and ongoing maintenance; and

  • a clear and concise report that is easy to understand.


This survey is ideal for homebuyers seeking a thorough inspection without the need for an extensive and intrusive investigation.

Our fees range from £275 - £600 depending on property size and type. 

Help to Buy Redemption Surveys

The Help to Buy Redemption Survey is essential for homeowners looking to repay their Help to Buy equity loan. Our professional surveyors provide an accurate valuation of your property to determine the amount payable to the Help to Buy scheme. This service includes:
 

  • a Market Valuation conducted by a qualified RICS surveyor; and

  • a report compliant with Help to Buy requirements.


Our reports are £199 all inclusive regardless of the size or value.
